“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” – Refers to bookmycab.co.in.
“User”, “You”, “Customer” – Refers to the person booking or using our taxi services.
“Driver / Fleet Partner” – Refers to the cab operator or driver providing the ride.
bookmycab.co.in provides an online taxi booking platform connecting customers with drivers/fleet operators across India.
The company itself does not own taxis but facilitates bookings through verified partners.
Bookings can be made online, via call, or through our mobile app.
Confirmation is subject to cab availability.
Users must provide accurate details (pickup, drop, date, time, contact info).
The company reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of incorrect details, fraud, or unavailability.
Payment modes: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, or cash (if allowed).
For prepaid bookings, full payment must be made in advance.
For postpaid bookings, pending balance must be cleared at trip end.
Toll, parking, interstate permits, or night charges (if any) are extra unless specified.
Cancellation by User:
More than 24 hrs before trip: Full refund (after deducting transaction charges).
Within 24 hrs of trip: Partial refund or no refund (depending on cab type & distance).
Cancellation by Company/Driver:
Full refund will be issued if a confirmed booking is canceled from our side.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Carry a valid government ID during travel.
Ensure correct contact details are shared for coordination.
Behave respectfully with drivers and follow traffic rules.
Users will be liable for any damage to the cab caused during travel.
We strive to provide safe, reliable, and on-time taxi services.
However, we are not responsible for:
Delays due to traffic, weather, breakdowns, or unforeseen events.
Loss of personal belongings during the trip.
Any illegal activity or misconduct by drivers or users.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
bookmycab.co.in may modify fares, services, or policies at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on the website.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Rajkot, Gujarat courts.
